We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, has hands-on experience designing processes and tools to manage multiple projects, and brings a structured yet adaptable approach to project execution.
This role is critical in driving efficiency, standardization, and accountability across our organization by establishing scalable project management frameworks and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement standardized project management processes, templates, and reporting tools to improve consistency and visibility across teams.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and manage dependencies between teams and departments.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks — and implement mitigation strategies early.
- Serve as the central communication point for project updates, decisions, and changes.
- Build and maintain project dashboards, tracking tools, and documentation repositories.
- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings, project kickoffs, and post-mortems to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with leadership to align project priorities, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure all project documentation and deliverables adhere to organizational standards and quality expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.5+ years of professional experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.Proven track record of developing and implementing project management frameworks, tools, and systems from the ground up.Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including cross-functional leadership.Proficiency in modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Zoho or MS Project).Ability to thrive with minimal supervision and drive initiatives independently.Experience in technical or manufacturing environments (energy, hardware, or engineering preferred).Ideal Candidate Attributes
