We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly proactive leader to manage our Inside Sales Center as a Performance Leader, joining an industry-leading sales representation company representing one of the biggest travel brands in the world.
As an Inside Sales – Performance Leader – you’ll be instrumental in motivating and driving sales results through strategic sales contact with the market, supporting, training, and developing people, growing accounts, and building relationships to work as part of a successful, dynamic team. We are looking for a sales leader with proven Inside Sales Center experience who thrives on using data to drive action, coaching a team toward the achievement of specific KPIs, and taking full ownership of team performance. The ideal candidate must be able to monitor performance, extract insights from data, and take decisive action to improve both the quality and quantity of market engagement to accelerate sales growth.
This individual will lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives, driving performance excellence through staff development, operational leadership, strategic sales planning and effective execution to increase portfolio revenue. They will monitor team productivity and performance, provide coaching to elevate consultative selling skills, and ensure a focus on building strong customer relationships and business growth. The ideal candidate is results-driven, confident in managing a team, and proactive in identifying areas of opportunity, providing feedback, and identifying training needs. The successful candidate will be offered support and training from a nurturing company and team. They will be provided with the tools and data to help lead them to success.

Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
Build, cultivate, and maintain excellence within our Inside Sales team, their performance, productivity and commercial impact
Hold regular meetings with the Inside Sales Supervisor and team members to review performance, track KPI achievement, and support skill development
Support and motivate the team to grow the business and increase revenue
Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, business and sales opportunities and curate strategies and actions to improve performance
Proactively monitor campaign performance and trading trends
