Descripción del trabajo5+ years of professional experience building and shipping iOS or Android apps. Deep expertise in iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, Combine) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) fundamentals. Strong background in architecture patterns (MVP, MVVM, VIPER, Clean). Experience integrating APIs, debugging, and managing app performance. Passion for clean, testable, and maintainable code. Leadership mindset with experience mentoring teams and reviewing code. Familiarity with GraphQL, Ruby, or cross-platform collaboration is a plus. The position is not eligible for employment-based visa / immigration sponsorship.
Mobile Engineering Lead (iOS / Android)
We’re looking for a Mobile Engineering Lead to drive the design and development of cutting-edge mobile experiences. In this role, you will lead end-to-end projects across iOS or Android, shaping core features like homepage, sales, authentication, and landing flows, while ensuring performance, scalability, and world-class user experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead development of complex mobile features and core app experiences.
- Architect, maintain, and optimize mobile applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Review code, mentor other engineers, and set high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Backend, Product, Analytics) to deliver impactful solutions.
- Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and mobile engineering best practices.
