Corporate Development Associate / Analyst

Our client, a leading professional services firm in the United States, is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst / Associate to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and market expansion projects. While the position is offshore, you will collaborate directly with U.S. stakeholders and gain hands-on exposure to transactions and corporate strategy within the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate development initiatives including M&A deal execution, strategic partnerships, and market expansion efforts .
• Conduct financial statement analysis, valuation modeling, and data-driven research to assess potential transactions.
• Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, and market intelligence reports for senior leadership.
• Perform industry and competitor analysis with a focus on the professional services sector.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities that align with the firm’s strategic priorities.
• Provide ongoing support in transaction execution, including due diligence, data room management, and financial modeling.
