Financial Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Chief Financial Operations Officer to join our team in Saltillo, Mexico.
- Analyze monthly results of plant's P&L (sales, costs, margins, expenses, variances vs. budget / forecast).
- Identify relevant deviations and coordinate action plans with Production, Logistics, Engineering, and Purchasing.
- Ensure proper cost allocation and provisions in SAP.
- Supervise correct valuation of inventories (WIP, FG, scrap, obsolete) and their accounting reflection.
- Validate and monitor impact of claims, scrap, labor efficiency, and productivity.
Responsibilities :
Act as a strategic partner to plant management, facilitating decision-making through accurate, timely, and actionable financial analysis.Participate in local committees (production, investments, efficiency), providing financial insight.Provide advice for CAPEX decisions, cost optimization, and local pricing.Profile :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering with a financial focus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial control, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry or similar.Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
