This person will work closely with partners, distributors, and internal teams to generate pipeline and close deals. The role is fully focused on Mexico and will play a key part in our growth in the country.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within Mexico.Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.Build and strengthen relationships with resellers, partners, and distributors.Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting in the CRM (HubSpot).Attend client meetings, industry events, trainings, and partner webinars.Provide ongoing feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.Travel regularly to attend in-person meetings with clients and partners across different cities in Mexico.Required QualificationsSpanish speaker with advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B tech sales, ideally in data protection, cloud, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.Experience selling services such as managed services, cloud-based solutions, or disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS).Strong experience working with the IT channel ecosystem in Mexico, including distributors (e.g., TDSYNNEX, Adistec) and resellers / MSPs.What We Offer : Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package.401K program with company matchingA dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
