Job Description

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Latin America Business & Manufacturing Finance Mgr you will play a key role for the enterprise supply chain and finance operations.

In this role you will be able to :

• Perform complex research and analysis as well as ensures compliance with established financial principles.
• Manage professional and support level employees within specific disciplines in Finance such as controlling, accounting, taxation, credit, audit, treasury, etc.
• Handle non-routine and difficult inquiries such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investment. Or, responsible for the most complex and multi-faceted issues within one or more financial areas.
• Be a subject matter expert to whom the leadership team reaches out to with regards to his / her specialization within Finance functional disciplines such as controlling, accounting, taxation, credit, audit, treasury, etc.
• Lead project teams without direct people management responsibility.
