About the Job

SuperSummary is looking for a seasoned, data‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels. You’ll drive efficient subscriber growth across our core established channels—including Google Ads, Meta, and Apple Search Ads—while pioneering expansion into other promising new channels like TikTok Ads and Creator / Affiliate Partnerships. This role is an opportunity to directly shape how millions of readers discover SuperSummary, combining analytical rigor with hands‑on creative experimentation to drive sustainable growth and ROAS improvements across channels.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with our Product, Content, and Analytics teams to develop sophisticated, highly‑targeted campaigns that reach students, educators, book club members, and lifelong learners wherever they are. The ideal candidate thrives on experimentation, stays ahead of platform changes, and balances immediate performance goals with long‑term brand building.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize daily paid media budgets and campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and other channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets
• Lead expansion into new ad channels (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) and test new strategies (video ads, influencer and affiliate marketing, etc.) to diversify our acquisition mix
• Develop AI‑powered creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers and copywriters to continuously improve ad performance
• Build and refine audience segments, bidding strategies, and attribution models to improve efficiency across the funnel
• Own the performance marketing budget , allocating resources across channels based on incrementality and strategic priorities
• Run in‑depth analyses on website / app engagement, conversion funnel performance, and A / B test performance for paid ads traffic to better understand opportunities for improvement
• Report on performance to leadership with clear insights and recommendations for optimization
• Stay current on platform updates , industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
