Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Your tasks :

• Lead the QUA ARGUS team to set goals with senior management, drive programs, manage significant environmental aspects, assess risks, and monitor performance against cost reduction targets.
• Responsible for providing technical and tactical support within the region, including : providing the necessary support for site EHS programs; defining objectives and goals, communicating with customers, internal and regulatory requirements; identifying and sharing best practices; conducting market research; and coordinating activities directed from the central organization.
• Implement strong and effective systems that maintain certification according to current industry standards.
• Facilitate compliance with facility, regional, corporate, and regulatory standards and guidelines through evaluations, inspections, record keeping, and data documentation.
• Serve as a liaison with applicable external regulatory agencies.
• Oversee internal and external audit processes throughout the Mexico region and follow up on audits to ensure satisfactory compliance.
• Responsible for conflict minerals reporting for the Brose Group.
• Develop and present training materials to orient new and existing employees in the classroom, workshops, and meetings.

Your profile :

Experience in a managerial role minimum 3 years

English fluent is a MUST

Experience working in automotive industry

Strong leadership skills
