The Sales Coordinator is a key role responsible for driving efficiency improvements and providing essential support to the Department Store, Key Account, and Market Specialist teams.
This cross-functional position will support a variety of commercial initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration across teams.
Job responsibilities
Assist with trunk shows and in-store event coordination, including assortment planning, shipping logistics, and performance recaps.
Collaborate across departments regarding incentive programs, providing administrative support and creative input to identify areas for improvement.
Support coordination with Market Specialist Team (Incentives, Trainings, Events).
Maintain a master training schedule and track key deliverables, including the development and launch of Thelios Insider initiatives for the Market Specialist team.
Support Product Information Management (PIM) and copywriting for digital assortments for both direct-to-consumer and dropship channels.
Partner with sales teams on assortment planning and work with global teams to address digital issues or requirements specific to the Americas, in alignment with the commercial team.
Coordinate with HQ teams to ensure timely image uploads and product updates via Skypad and NuORDER.
Set up and automate reporting systems for Market Specialist teams, providing ad-hoc reporting support as needed and preparing the market for upcoming activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Profile
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury goods or eyewear industry.
Strong track record of driving operational improvements and supporting sales growth.
Ability to travel domestically as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to optimize operations.
Genuine passion and advocate of diversity and inclusion and integrates this mentality when making all business decisions (both internal & external).
