Customer Service Coordinator

As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring day-to-day order processing for North America.Key responsibilities include driving gold-standard customer service, maintaining site performance metrics and managing customer communications.Ensure day-to-day order processing for Frito Lay North America, including order confirmation, order cleansing, and management / creation of ICRs / Filters.Manage customer communications, such as adds / cuts, missing order communication, and off-template orders.Confirm order completion and work closely with other CSRs across the world, as well as with site and regional leadership.We're looking for someone with advanced English skills, intermediate Excel knowledge and 6 months-1 year of experience with administrative tasks.If you're interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements.
