Warehouse Logistics Jr. Manager

The main objective of the Warehouse Logistics Jr. Manager role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining safety, cost control, and compliance. They lead warehouse teams, optimize processes, and coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and production departments to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• University Degree or may substitute with technical degree + 10 yrs experiencein supply chain supervisory roles
• Minimum 10 year’s Experience in Planning, Production, Materials or Logistics supervision
• MS Office proficient.
• Materials planning
• Inventories and Management.
• Knowledge on the Internal IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective team player dealing with subordinates and matrix relationships.
• APICS or equivalent professional certification desirable
• Lean Manufacturing – Lean toolset familiar required Lean Certified is preferred
• Must have prior Automotive / Manufacturing experience (Tier 1, 2)
• Bilingual - effective communication in English and Spanish
• SAP Knowledge
