POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT :

The Global Business Services (GBS) Jr. Analyst, Accounts Payable main functions record and process Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local Requirements; Support on information requested by Internal and External Auditors. Support on information requested by the team.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Receive and record Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies

2. Review the authorization to the service / products in accordance with the Corporate / Local Matrix.

3. Support on requested information with internal and external auditors and SOX requirements.

4. Follow up on Service Partnership agreements.

Job Qualifications : Skills :

• Desired ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel and Word)
• Communication skills
• Flexibility to function under varied timeframes and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve
• The ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment
• For call center agents : Daily Shake from the last 3 months (September, August, July), with an average of 90% or above.
