Overview

Reece Mexico is seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our Mexico City team in Polanco. Initially onsite, with a view to a hybrid arrangement after 12 weeks.

About the Role

Join our scrum team to build reliable features through UI and API automation. You’ll design and maintain automated tests, integrate them into CI / CD, and partner with engineers and QA to improve quality and speed.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain UI, API, integration, and regression tests
Integrate tests into CI / CD, monitor runs, and triage failures
Collaborate with devs, PMs, and QA on test coverage and quality standards
Contribute to shared utilities, code reviews, and occasional manual testing

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of QA / automation experience

Strong debugging, data, and SQL skills

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, Git, Jira / Confluence, and test management tools

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, STEM or a related field

AI-assisted testing, contract testing, or BDD experience

Exposure to mobile, performance, or accessibility automation

Comfort with Docker and containerized test environments

Tools You May Use

Playwright, Selenium, Appium, REST / GraphQL, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Pact, Copilot
