AI / agent behavior testing will build on strong QA fundamentals. :

Experience testing AI-powered or intelligent applications (to validate agent behaviors). :

bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). :

Responsibilities :

  • Perform regression testing on browser extensions, web applications, and AI-driven agent features.
  • Test agent behaviors based on AI knowledge and retrieved information.
  • Execute manual test cases, smoke tests, and bug bash activities to certify new releases.
  • Validate UI controls, audio I / O, and integration across different environments.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development and product teams to improve product quality.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in QA testing (manual or automation).
  • Strong knowledge of regression, smoke, and UI testing.
  • Experience testing AI-powered or intelligent applications preferred.
  • Familiarity with browser extensions, web applications, and 3P integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
