Tool Calibration Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Tool Calibration Specialist to join our organization.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our tools and equipment, as well as driving quality initiatives to enhance our manufacturing processes.The ideal candidate will have expertise in quality systems, statistics, and calibration processes, as well as strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and project management experience.Key responsibilities include : Troubleshooting Repair : Identifying and resolving equipment issues through diagnostic techniques and hands-on repair work.Tools and Equipment Calibration Maintenance : Performing internal and external calibration using specialized equipment and software, as well as conducting repairs or upgrades as needed.This role requires a strong understanding of electro-mechanical controls and maintenance equipment, as well as relevant technical work experience.
