visit our website : are seeking a Night Shift Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and monitoring of specialized infrastructure systems during off-hour operations on data center construction sites.ResponsibilitiesSupervise overnight installations of security, fire alarm, cabling, and automation systems.Monitor safety compliance and enforce access and PPE protocols during reduced visibility conditions.Perform field verifications and record installation status, deviations, and resolutions.Prepare detailed handover reports for day shift teams to ensure continuity.Respond to site challenges and coordinate with technical leads and quality teams.Qualifications5+ years of night shift supervision experience for specialized systems in mission-critical projects.Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or relevant field.Strong documentation and field management skills, with emphasis on safety and accountability.Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of handling bilingual crews and maintaining clear communications.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
