Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Key Account Director and Technical Professional to manage our most strategic client relationships, promote business development and new opportunities, strategic planning, reporting, forecasting, and feedback at executive levels (CIO / CTO / CFO / CDO, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management : Build, sustain, and expand long-lasting relationships with strategic customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Sales Acumen : Generate new sales opportunities and develop plans to advance opportunities to closure. Responsible for forecasting with the Sales Team.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, manage risks, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Business Development : Identify new opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales and product teams to craft proposals and close deals.
- Project Oversight : Supervise delivery and integration of complex technological solutions, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Technical Leadership : Provide expert technical guidance on Oracle products, ensuring solutions align with clients’ business and technical needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product development with client feedback and market trends.
- Industry Insight : Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to provide proactive advice and inform strategy.
- Reporting : Produce regular account reviews, forecasts, and status updates for senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.10+ years of experience in key account management or technical leadership in a technology-driven environment.Track record of managing major enterprise accounts and delivering technical and tactical solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with cross-functional team leadership.Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.Strong leadership, project management orientation, and technical background in Telecom, CPG, or Finance industries are advantageous.Fluent in English and Spanish.Benefits
