Production Planning Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Production Planning Specialist to lead our production planning and materials scheduling activities, ensuring customer demand is met on time, in full, and at optimal cost.

This role plays a key part in coordinating between production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams, ensuring a balanced alignment between supply chain capabilities and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the planning team to ensure effective production and materials scheduling across multiple product lines.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and logistics to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.
• Review and update production plans according to capacity, material availability, and customer priorities.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTD (On-Time Delivery), inventory turns, and planning accuracy; implement corrective actions when required.
