You'll create Python-based solutions, integrate database systems, and automate workflows that transform how our moving business operates.

This isn't about using pre-built tools; it's about building the tools ourselves.

Core Responsibilities : AI-Assisted Application Development (40%) Build custom applications using AI development tools like Claude, Cursor, and Replit.

Write production-ready Python code for business applications, from data processing scripts to customer-facing tools.

Develop APIs and microservices that connect our various systems.

Create intelligent features using LLMs and AI models integrated into our applications.

Database Architecture & Integration (25%) Design and implement database schemas for new applications.

Connect backend systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to front-end applications.

Build data pipelines that feed our analytics and reporting systems.

Ensure data integrity and optimize query performance across multiple databases.

Debugging & System Maintenance (20%) Troubleshoot and fix issues in Python applications and other AI-generated code.

Review and refactor AI-assisted code for production deployment.

Monitor application performance and resolve bottlenecks.

Maintain documentation for all custom-built systems.

Workflow Automation & Integration (15%) Create complex automations using n8n and similar platforms.

Build custom nodes and integrations when off-the-shelf solutions don't exist.

Connect our custom applications with third-party services via APIs.

Design event-driven architectures that respond to business triggers.

This role reports directly to the CEO.

Work Environment : Remote telecommuting position requiring reliable internet, a dedicated workspace free from distractions, and regular virtual meetings.

Candidate must be comfortable working across time zones with US-based team.

Technical Requirements : Strong Python programming skills with 2+ years of practical experience Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit) to accelerate development Database management experience (SQL required, NoSQL preferred) Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services Experience with n8n, Make.com, or similar automation platforms Comfortable debugging and improving AI-generated code Git version control proficiency Valid USA visa and ability to travel within the USA Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English at C1 Level or better Nice to Have : JavaScript / TypeScript for full-stack development Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in logistics, transportation, or service industries Compensation : $1200–2200 USD Monthly, depending on experience, paid as contractor Powered by JazzHR
