Senior Paid Media Manager
The Senior Paid Media Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of paid advertising initiatives on Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
2. Translate business objectives into media strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
3. Design campaign architecture including media mix, budget allocation, audience segmentation, and creative guidance.
4. Drive continuous optimization of campaigns using advanced performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV).
5. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify areas for efficiency and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
6. Leverage experimentation to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
7. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are integrated and brand-aligned.
8. Advocate for performance media within the organization, translating technical results into clear business impact.
