Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global technology roadmap for multiple industries and brands.
• Oversee infrastructure management, networks, and IT facilities across multiple countries and regions.
• Lead application development and maintenance to ensure innovation, stability, and scalability.
• Evaluate and mitigate technology risk at a global level.
• Embed technology as a driver of customer experience, operational efficiency, and brand growth.
• Manage technology budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships across three industries.
• Built and inspire a multicultural multi-brand technology team capable of delivering global impact.
