Senior Process Expert - Accounts Receivable
About the Role
The Senior Process Expert for Accounts Receivable is a key member of our cross-functional team. This individual will work closely with senior process experts and team leads to oversee the overall design of our accounts receivable process.
Essential functions
- Share expertise and knowledge related to finance operating models and processes structure.
- Understand current accounts receivable process and complexities to foster standardization.
- Propose recommendations based on leading practices to address business and operational needs for the accounts receivable process.
- Lead capabilities to coordinate working sessions with diverse operational teams.
- Participate in process redesign through prioritization to identify rational and expected impact.
- Define required capabilities with the IT team to be enabled for the future process.
- Strong and constant communication with project leadership to notify status updates.
- Propose mitigation plans / actions for identified risks and issues timely.
- Propose operational and strategic KPIs and reports for the future process.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields.At least 6 years of experience managing or leading accounts receivable processes.Experience in E2E implementation projects.Bilingual Spanish / English is a must; B2+ level or higher.Requirements
Process improvement certifications.SAP HANA understanding.
