Senior Process Expert - Accounts Receivable

About the Role

The Senior Process Expert for Accounts Receivable is a key member of our cross-functional team. This individual will work closely with senior process experts and team leads to oversee the overall design of our accounts receivable process.

Essential functions

• Share expertise and knowledge related to finance operating models and processes structure.
• Understand current accounts receivable process and complexities to foster standardization.
• Propose recommendations based on leading practices to address business and operational needs for the accounts receivable process.
• Lead capabilities to coordinate working sessions with diverse operational teams.
• Participate in process redesign through prioritization to identify rational and expected impact.
• Define required capabilities with the IT team to be enabled for the future process.
• Strong and constant communication with project leadership to notify status updates.
• Propose mitigation plans / actions for identified risks and issues timely.
• Propose operational and strategic KPIs and reports for the future process.
