As Solutions Consultant , you are an analytical individual with strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering best‑in‑class marcoms for our clients. We are looking for motivated professionals interested in cloud technologies. Successful candidates should have an enthusiastic and confident personality with a focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key relationships with a portfolio for our Client(s) by delivering a range of innovative marketing solutions in a fast paced environment.
• Leadership in the implementation of Martech solutions projects.
• Process automation knowledge and implementation.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) knowledge and expertise.
• Deliver and present strategies and recommendations on the implementation of marketing campaigns with confidence.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as SAS for the successful implementation of campaigns.
• Optimization of marketing processes implemented and manage technology tools to improve their efficiency.
• Analyze response data from various marketing channels to provide insights and recommendations for strategy implementation.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns and improve customer engagement.
• Integrate client technology and marketing solutions to enhance customer experience and improve overall satisfaction.
• Monitor implemented campaigns for proper performance and outbound channels.
