Overview

The SAP QM Senior Consultant contributes to high-impact, client-facing projects, delivering advanced solutions using SAP’s latest technologies. This role demands a strategic mindset with a focus on leadership development and business growth. The consultant supports organizational objectives and promotes a culture of accountability, while maintaining service excellence for existing clients, cultivating new customer relationships, driving business development, and aligning solution offerings with evolving market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex process and IT consulting projects, with a focus on the automotive industry.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions in Supply Chain Management.
  • Define detailed development blueprints and deploy optimized logistics concepts.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Identify and lead new business opportunities.
  • Establish a strong professional reputation as a trusted advisor.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities as (sub)project team leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education.
  • 8 years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry.
  • 6 years of SAP QM (Quality Management) experience (process & customizing).
  • 4 SAP full lifecycle implementations.
  • Profound SAP project and go-live experience (SAP implementation approach).
  • Fluency in English (multilingual preferred).
  • Willingness to Travel : Candidates must be open and available for travel as required by project needs.
  • Solid expertise in at least one other module (i.e., MM, PP, CS, PM, SD) is a strong plus.
  • SAP certifications are a big plus.
  • Professional appearance with strong customer focus.
  • Analytical and structured working attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork capability.
