Planning Chief

As a Planning Chief you will manage all activities related to production planning, ensuring the achievement of efficiency, quality, and delivery goals in our manufacturing plant located in Ticoman. You will report to the plant manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the master production plan, aligned with the plant's demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, production, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor goals related to production, delivery times, and inventory levels.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in planning processes and propose solutions.
• Develop the planning team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
