As a member of the C-Level team, she / he will act as a visionary leader, team supervisor and advocate of digital products, designing short, medium- and long-term strategies.
As a product strategist she / he must our business model, organization and technology context to define how the company is going to create digital products that deliver value to both business and customers. Also as we are now launching digital products with a huge exponential value; the strategic product direction is crucial. This direction must include product vision, innovation, design, development, management and marketing; so the CPO will collaborate with other areas like Technology, Data and Business.
Strategic leadership qualities must be balanced / complemented with managerial and operational skills. CPO must have relevant experience in a variety of product related roles ensuring an in-depth knowledge that will enable him / her to effectively manage all aspects of the digital products. We are looking for a consolidated leader. He / she will take responsibility for overseeing the design and implementation of all digital products within the company. This role will provide strategic planning, leadership, team development, training and adherence to company's vision. Fintech and / or financial products experience is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy. Definition of a high-level plan describing “what” the business needs to accomplish with its product,and “how” it should be done according to user / customer needs throughout its lifecycle.
- Product Vision. Definition of a realistic product vision aligned to the company vision.
- Product Design. Understand and manage the design process from discovery stages to iterate products that solve users’problems or address specific needs in a given market.
- User / customer research. He / she might centralize key insights from data analytics, customer success metrics, user testing, user research, etc., and use them through frameworks to make product decisions.
- Product development. He / she will collaborate with Technology and Growth through all the stages involved in bringing a product from a concept / idea to market release and beyond. He / she will own the digital products’ entire journeys.
