This role

The Operations Analyst- 1P Ecommerce is responsible for providing data-driven insights and operational automation to optimize the direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel, by focusing on building operational reports, creating automated workflows, analyzing customer funnel performance, managing inventory planning, and supporting pricing strategies through market analysis and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain all operational reports and dashboards for the 1P ecommerce channel
• Create analytics reports to track customer funnel performance, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs
• Develop automated reporting for call center agent performance and operational metrics
• Perform inventory planning based on sales metrics and demand forecasting
• Conduct market pricing analysis to support competitive pricing strategies
• Design and implement automated workflows using n8n for logistics, shipping, and customer communication
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to optimize operational processes
• Create and maintain retargeting campaigns for funnel drop-off customers
• Implement automation solutions using various LLMs and AI platforms
• Build automated data collection and processing workflows
• Write advanced SQL queries for complex data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize bug fixes and feature improvements
• Monitor and analyze customer behavior patterns using analytics platforms
• Support pricing elasticity testing and promotional strategy analysis
• Support A / B testing initiatives for funnel optimization
