Head of Product (SaaS)

Overview

Help turn one of Mexico’s leading telematics companies into a product-building machine. Métrica Móvil powers fleet intelligence for AAA clients. We’re shifting from a services-focused company to one that creates and delivers scalable products—and we need a Head of Product to set the pace and lead the team.

The Challenge

You’ll be the gear that aligns and accelerates the entire product cycle :

• Prioritize what gets built (and what doesn’t)
• Define and drive the roadmap across ~20+ solutions
• Turn customer needs into packaged, scalable products
• Fast-track strategic initiatives (including our Google Cloud collaboration)
• Move us from reactive customization to proactive, product-led growth

The Problem You’ll Solve

Métrica Móvil has thrived by delivering custom solutions for enterprise clients. That success also created challenges : siloed features, unclear product vision, and overloaded teams.

Your mission is to install true product leadership —a system of prioritization, discovery, and cross-functional alignment—so we build scalable products the market truly wants.

What Success Looks Like

90 days : Clear roadmap and intake / prioritization system running

6 months : Product-market fit signals validated for the Google Cloud product

12 months : New products adopted and generating revenue, reduced “build-to-order” work, and established product rituals across business, design, and engineering
