The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you’ll make an impact by :

Leading the launch of new or improved Products, Technologies, and / or Processes with potentially significant impact on the extended Value Chain of the Product in the medium and long term.

Translating customer and business requirements into operational execution

Designing processes and implementing / qualifying equipment in compliance with EHS standards

Providing direct support for New Product qualifications and / or improvements

Identifying waste and implementing improvements in EHS, quality, cost, and service impacts

Participating in Extended Value Stream project planning—from supplier to customer

Managing BOMs and unit costs for projects, considering Product Standards

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :

Completed Engineering degree and at least 4 years of experience related to the role, or experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Processes, and Maintenance

Strong knowledge of Statistics tools

Understanding of Product and Process

Value Chain Management

Fluent in English

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

Master’s degree in any engineering field from an accredited institution is a plus

5 years of experience in the industry

Experience in the Drinking Water Industry

Experience with good manufacturing practices (GMP) manufacturing and process validation

Work location : Onsite [Kalos Guadalupe]

Travel : May include occasional business travel to the United States

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
