Requirements : Bachelor's degree.
3 to 5 years of experience in contact centers.
Over 2 years of experience in quality assurance for Spanish-speaking calls.
Proven experience interacting with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Background in process improvement, operational excellence, or transactional quality.
Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, Visio, and MicroStrategy is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and manage queries using Boolean and temporal logic to support analysis objectives.
Analyze query results and call listening data to develop business cases.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis findings.
Collaborate with clients to review and discuss presented data and results.
