Position overview

The Applications Engineer plays a key role in supporting customers with dispensing technologies and processes. This role involves configuring and programming dispensing machines, conducting training, and performing experiments in the demo lab. The Applications Engineer also provides guidance to field service engineers, provides remote assistance, and contributes to sales efforts through technical expertise. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-centric, and eager to travel and grow in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides application support for dispensing processes across various customer sites
• Conducts customer training sessions and technical workshops
• Configures and programs dispensing machines for specific applications
• Develops and tests processes in the demo lab, including simulations and cycle time calculations
• Supports field service engineers by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting
• Offers remote support via phone and email from the office
• Assists sales teams with technical insights and demonstrations
• Maintains demo room equipment and ensures readiness for customer visits
• Generates customer reports and weekly activity summaries
• Contributes to regional product feedback and market-specific application insights
