Corporate Legal Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support across various business functions.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing strategic commercial contracts, including data protection agreements, software licenses, and master services agreements
- Providing legal counsel on data privacy and commercial agreements / contracting
- Ensuring business compliance with regulatory requirements, employment law, and data protection regulations
- Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant bodies
- Managing large volumes of transactions and projects simultaneously
- Providing legal advice on complex technology transactions
