We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Interiors Design & Release Engineer to join our team. As an Interiors Design & Release Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and production release of interior components and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate design and development of interior systems, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the design and release processes.

Requirements

The  Interiors D&R Engineer  is responsible for the component and system level design, development, validation, timing and production release of the following areas :   (Seat Systems, Structure & Components, TRIM, Cockpit

Basic Qualifications :

• 0- 2 yrs of relevant engineering experience
• Experience designing and developing 1-3 of the following :

nj. mold plastics, seat structures / mechanisms, lighting, and / or interior system integration

Preferred Qualifications :

Master of Science in Engineering or Business

Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and / or Reactive Shaining Problem Solving

In plant launch experience
