Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Functional Consultant to join our growing team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role focuses on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. You will partner with clients to design, configure, and validate solutions while ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable, user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation review.
