Informática Cloud Consultant

An Informatica Cloud Consultant is a professional specializing in the integration of various business applications and data sources using Informatica's cloud services, with a specific focus on Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI). The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and implement data integration solutions that facilitate the seamless flow of information between different systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce. The consultant must be proficient in leveraging the Informatica Secure Agent to securely and efficiently load and transform data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integration solutions using Informatica Cloud, creating mappings, transformations, and workflows to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
• Integrate Salesforce with on‑premise or other cloud systems using the Informatica Cloud Connector for Salesforce to manage data migrations, synchronizations, and real‑time integrations.
• Connect to and extract data from ERP systems such as SAP and other relational databases, handling complex data structures and business logic.
• Install, configure, and administer the Informatica Secure Agent, troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring secure data transfer between sources and targets.
• Apply data transformation techniques to cleanse, enrich, and standardize data before loading it into Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
