Cloud Solution Architect – Security & M365 Copilot (Bilingual English & Spanish)

As a Cloud Solution Architect at Concentrix, you will specialize in Microsoft Purview and M365 Copilot governance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them design, implement, and optimize data security and compliance solutions.

Your expertise in Information Protection (Sensitivity Labels), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, Compliance Manager, and eDiscovery will enable organizations to safeguard sensitive data, meet regulatory requirements, and manage risk effectively. You will also guide customers in adopting responsible AI practices and governance strategies for M365 Copilot. Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive positive customer satisfaction and provide feedback and insights from customers and partners.
• Land an end‑to‑end value proposition for Security (Zero Trust) across Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity + Access Management, and Cloud Security.
• Support customers through the adoption lifecycle – planning, adoption, deployment, and optimization – while driving utilization of Microsoft security products and leading technical solutioning across the customer journey.
• Deliver technical presentations and demos, propose high‑level solutions, and work with key Microsoft and partner resources to drive deployment, customer adoption, and identify cross‑sell / upsell / unified opportunities.
• Align skilling to team and Customer Success goals, accelerate customer outcomes, share expertise, and contribute to IP creation and reuse.
• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build implementation plans, align design with customer business goals, and achieve consensus on solution design and production next steps.
• Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders (FastTrack, partners, Microsoft Consulting) to develop complex end‑to‑end enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.
• Deliver technical guidance and hands‑on support for deploying Microsoft Purview solutions.
• Assess customer environments and recommend tailored compliance configurations.
• Lead workshops and demos on data protection, risk management, and eDiscovery workflows.
• Collaborate with security, legal, and IT stakeholders to align compliance strategies.
• Support governance planning and implementation for M365 Copilot.
