Role Purpose :

Perform cable harness prototype builds according to drawings and BOMs, validate critical steps, and support documentation input and tooling preparation for production startup.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prototype Assembly : Perform cutting, crimping, soldering, and basic testing of harness samples.
• FAI and Traceability : Complete dimension check sheets, FAI forms, and archive samples with full traceability.
• Feedback and SOP Drafting : Provide build feedback and assist engineers with SOP data entry.
• Tool Handling : Operate and maintain crimp tools, test jigs, and fixtures specific to NPI build tasks
