Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site afternoon role for a Dean of Discipline located in Torreón, COA. The Dean of Discipline will be responsible for maintaining school order by managing disciplinary policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring student behavior, administering disciplinary actions, developing behavior improvement programs, and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a positive school environment. Additionally, the Dean will lead initiatives to foster social responsibility and mutual respect among students.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of disciplinary policies and procedures in an educational setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff
• Leadership skills with experience in developing behavior improvement programs and initiatives
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and bilingual environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
• Diligent, patient, and empathetic nature
