Senior Financial Analyst (Usd- Remote)

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be the analytical and creative engine for several founder-led, growth-stage clients.Role OverviewYou'll own and uplevel financial models and dashboards, then turn raw numbers into clear, compelling stories that drive smarter decisions.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role reporting to our Fractional CFO—with daily collaboration, high ownership, and plenty of room to innovate across BI, automation, and content.ResponsibilitiesOwn models end-to-end : roll monthly actuals, maintain driver-based forecasts, run sensitivities, and deliver clear variance / KPI insights and recommendations.Standardize & visualize data : build a unified field taxonomy (e.g., CAC, EBITDA, marketing spend) across clients, and stand up scalable dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar BI) so performance is one click away.Tell the story in the numbers : translate complex financial analysis into simple, founder-ready narratives—whether in memos, slides, or short takeaways for client calls.Creative content & insights : extract trends from management commentary and financials, and distill findings into short, actionable insights for startups.Strategic / adhoc analysis : pricing & margin deep dives, channel mix, cash runway, retention / cohort studies, and scenario planning.Improve the machine : automate model rollovers, data pulls, and reporting through AI agents or scripts; document SOPs for scalability.Qualifications6–10+ years in FP&A, finance advisory, equity research, or consulting with strong modeling + communication skills.Advanced Sheets / Excel for building dynamic, driver-based models.Accounting fluency : can reconcile P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets; CA / CPA a plus but not required.Creative communicator : skilled at simplifying data into engaging stories; can produce client-facing materials and external content that blend data with commercial insights.BI / visualization : experience with KPI dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
