General Manager

Overview

Ausnutria Mexico is seeking a strategic and inspiring General Manager for the Kabrita brand to lead our team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the vision, P&L, and operational execution to achieve Ausnutria Mexico’s goals. You will ensure the Management Team and staff functions are established with clear responsibilities, evaluate business results, and coach your team to achieve optimal outcomes against budget. Based on corporate guidance and in the framework of established standards, you will prepare, monitor, adjust and control the sales and business plans (budget) and develop forecasts.

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Develop and communicate a long-term vision (5-year plan) for the entity.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
• Prepare and execute the annual budget, manage costs, and collaborate with the finance team.
• Evaluate business results, coach the team, and adjust strategy to achieve budget targets.

Our international KIBU team is headquartered in Zwolle and operates across six sales regions supported by five sales organizations worldwide.
