The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Flexcube module and be proficient in PL / SQL and Unix. Additionally, familiarity with ITRS monitoring tools and Autosys is required.

They must also be capable of monitoring using the relevant tools and resolving any issues that arise.

Lastly, it's essential that they monitor tickets and resolve them within the stipulated SLA's.
