About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Regional Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead all HSE initiatives and regulatory activities across North America, Mexico ;

Reporting to Group Executive Leadership, this role will be pivotal in driving a strong safety culture, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple industrial sites and operations.

Key Responsibilities, not limited to

• Define and deploy the regional HSE strategy aligned with global standards and local regulations.
• Lead a multicultural team of HSE managers and specialists across several countries.
• Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all facilities.
• Act as a key partner to plant managers and operations leaders to strengthen on-the-ground safety practices and risk prevention.
• Oversee audits, incident investigations, and regulatory interactions with local and federal authorities.
• Implement proactive programs to improve EHS performance, sustainability, and employee well-being.
