Production Planning Coordinator

Manufacturing Company, automotive sector, in Querétaro, is looking for : Production Planning Coordinator.

The Production Planning Coordinator aims to ensure the effective planning, operation and control of production, delivery to the customer, analysis of requirements, ensuring the availability of purchased and manufactured components.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for managing the performance of its personnel in charge, providing advice and supervision, promoting teamwork, ensuring the training and development of one or more employees.

Functions

1. Analyze the client's requirements to ensure product availability according to the objectives, establishing actions and strategies to achieve it.

2. Measure and monitor the fulfillment of the objectives of the production planners, establishing actions and strategies for achieving them.

3. Weekly review of the availability of resources to meet the client's requirements.

4. Carry out weekly monitoring and follow-up of the availability of products.

5. Establishing actions and strategies to achieve them.

6. Prepare reports that are submitted to the corporate

7. Follow up and solve the problems caused by production planning reported in the daily meetings.

8. Integrating, developing and motivating the work team

9. Guarantee the maintenance of parameters and updated information in the ERP system

10. Maintain and update procedures, work instructions, and visual aids in the quality system

Job Requirements :

Level of Education and Experience :

1. Schooling required : Industrial Engineering (Degree) or Master's Degree (desirable).

2. 6 + years of experience in Production Planning area, preferably low volume and high mix production, Personnel Management. Supply chain expertise.

3. English Advanced is a must

Required Software :

1. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) at one level : Advanced

2. Knowledge of ERP (JDEdwards preferred)
