Lead Product Manager - Credit Evaluation
The M1 – Lead Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the product strategy and overseeing the execution of multiple product features or entire product areas. This role directly leads a team of Product Managers or Squads, ensuring mentoring, alignment, growth, and execution across their respective initiatives. Lead PM has a proven track record on successful product strategy, vision, and roadmap execution and leads more complex product initiatives. They are comfortable presenting to and trusted by senior executives. They make strategic decisions that drive business growth and have strong analytical skills, deep understanding of market trends, and exhibit passion and craft in identifying and building to solve customer needs with differentiated offerings.
Objective of the Role
Main Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy : Lead the development of a clear product vision, aligning it with broader business objectives and customer needs. Manage long-term product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Team leadership & mentorship : Directly lead, provide guidance and develop a team. Foster a high-performance culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
- Customer and Market Insights : Conduct in-depth research on customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to drive product innovation and make informed decisions.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership : Take the lead in working with engineering, marketing, and design teams to drive the development, launch, and optimization of key product features. Ensure a smooth execution process and alignment across teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Set clear performance metrics and continuously evaluate product success. Use A / B testing, user research, and data analysis to refine product strategy and drive growth.
- Product Growth : Identify opportunities for product optimization, user acquisition, and retention. Drive the expansion and scaling of products, ensuring they are adaptable to future needs.
Required Knowledge and Experience
