TA Manager

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple communities within their assigned region. This role manages a team of recruiters and supports the alignment of hiring efforts with community needs, business goals, and talent strategies. The TA Manager plays a key role in ensuring high-quality hires, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for all open roles within the assigned region
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and maintain high performance
• Collaborate with Regional Operations, HR, and Community Leaders to understand workforce needs
• Ensure job postings, interview scheduling, and offer processes are executed efficiently and accurately
• Monitor and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and source of hire
• Oversee the use of the ATS and ensure data integrity and proper documentation
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement strategies in local markets
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and local employment regulations
• Escalate hiring challenges and collaborate with the Divisional TA Manager to resolve bottlenecks
