Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post‑merger integration.

Role Overview : Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology
The Corporate Deals Technology (CDT) team partners with global corporate clients to shape technology strategy that enables business value and deal success in complex M&A transactions. Our thought leadership and extensive expertise in various industries allow us to serve corporate clients with consulting services with a focus on technology components of the value chain to create scalable and profitable businesses.
Engagements supported by CDT
Developing M&A Technology Strategies for integrations, separations, carve‑outs, and divestitures by collaborating with C‑suite executives.Conducting Technology Due Diligence to assess IT landscapes, identify risks, and evaluate value creation opportunities.Advising on Integration, Divestiture and Day‑One Planning to align technology strategy with business and operational priorities.Designing Future‑State Technology Models and Architectures.Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership team to formulate strategies to drive growth and proactively identify emerging opportunities.Proactively assist the team across deal spectrum (IT DD, IT integration / separation).Lead team on project delivery and manage leadership & client conversations.Lead solution design and implementation aspects of the engagement by ensuring high quality within time and budget constraints.Plan and develop integration and separation deliverables, including Day‑One readiness and execution, business process and systems integration and separation.Develop IT financial models, including synergy savings, one‑time & standalone costs.Play a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role across multiple projects to provide technical / functional inputs.Recommendations and Talent Development
Recommend enterprise architecture, solutions, and systems based on industry leading practices and past experiences.Recommend integration, separation, or carve‑out strategies across key IT pillars.Coach managers, senior associates and associates on and off engagements to deliver on high impact deliverables consistently.Drive business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients.Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.Knowledge Preferred – Must‑have skills
Strong experience in IT M&A (IT DD, IT integration / separation planning & execution) and / or IT Strategy & Digital Transformation.Technical understanding across key IT pillars, including IT Apps Rationalization, IT Infra / Cloud Strategy, Cybersecurity, and ERP transformation.Significant experience in leading large teams across multiple client engagements.Expertise in project management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Strong data / cost modelling skills.Proficiency in leveraging GenAI tools such as ChatGPT for rapid research and analysis.Strong Proficiency in English.Good‑to‑have skills
Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Gen AI, IoT, etc.Ability to manage globally distributed teams and coordinate across multiple time zones.Skilled in proposal development, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and thought leadership for practice growth.Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in information technology; Engineering, Operations, and Finance graduates may also qualify. MBA or equivalent is good‑to‑have.Senior Manager : 10+ years’ experience in Consulting, preferably in M&A IT Integration, IT Divestitures, IT Due Diligence, TSAs, and IT Cost Modelling. Expertise in IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, IT Infra / Cloud & ERP Strategy is preferred.Seniority level
