We are looking for a Sales & Business Executive – North America who combines commercial vision, financial analysis, and operational management to strengthen relationships with key clients, ensure the execution of commercial processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Commercial Administrative Management : Oversee customer portfolio, product specifications, and inventory, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop financial exercises through the collection, analysis, and validation of key information to support strategic decision-making.
Strategic Commercial Management : Lead relationships with key clients, identify business opportunities, and ensure satisfaction through tailored solutions.
Comprehensive Client Service : Coordinate visits, trade shows, plant tours, and provide post-sale follow-up to strengthen commercial ties.
Pricing & Quotation Management : Conduct price discovery and prepare accurate quotations aligned with market conditions and client needs.
Order Fulfillment : Manage contracts, orders, and deliveries, ensuring proper execution of commercial agreements.
Internal Operational Coordination : Act as liaison between value chain areas to ensure sales plan execution.
Profile
~2 to 4 years of experience in similar roles.
~ Degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field.
~ Proficiency in Office and ERP systems.
~ Experience in sales roles (costing, quotations, budgeting).
~ Strong organizational skills, task follow-up, interpersonal relations, and service orientation.
