The key to a seamless model launch is meticulous planning and flawless execution of material flow and equipment installation. As the leader in this domain, you will spearhead the team in ensuring full operational readiness for new model launches.

This involves :

• Ensuring 100% operational and approved workstations before launch are fully functional.
• Designing and deploying Minimal Material Handling (MMH) and Low-Cost Automation (LCA) solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Maintaining and updating CAD drawings and technical documentation accurately to reflect any changes or updates.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including packaging, ergonomics, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Tracking defined KPIs and KAIs related to material flow and efficiency to drive improvement.
• Serving as the primary liaison between plant operations and support teams to facilitate communication.
• Implementing FIFO workflows, PFEP maintenance, staging, marshalling, storage strategy alignment, and efficient trailer / dock utilization to optimize material flow.
