A pivotal role in delivering a seamless and high-efficiency launch.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch Readiness : Ensure 100% operational and approved workstations before launch.Material Flow Optimization : Design and deploy Minimal Material Handling (MMH) and Low-Cost Automation (LCA) solutions.Documentation & Design : Maintain and update CAD drawings and technical documentation accurately.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams in packaging, ergonomics, production, and logistics.Performance Monitoring : Track defined KPIs and KAIs related to material flow and efficiency.Stakeholder Coordination : Serve as the primary liaison between plant operations and support teams.Logistics Excellence : Ensure FIFO workflows, PFEP maintenance, staging, marshalling, storage strategy alignment, and efficient trailer / dock utilization (aligned with Stellantis practices)QualificationsExperience & EducationMinimum 10 years in internal logistics engineering, particularly in new model launches or manufacturing project management.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Logistics, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar) preferred.Technical SkillsProficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Access, and ideally familiar with ODCICS2 or similar systems.Strong expertise in warehouse design, space optimization, ergonomics, and automation technologies.Understanding of PFEP, FIFO processes, staging / marshalling, and other material flow optimization methodologies.Soft SkillsDemonstrated leadership, teamwork, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.Excellent English communication (intermediate to advanced); Spanish proficiency is highly valued given the location.Strong organizational skills, ability to manage timelines, drive deliverables, and manage escalation issues effectively.Term & Location SpecificsAssignment Duration : September
